Each customer environment is logically isolated using Kubernetes namespaces, dedicated databases and secure ingress paths. Network-level isolation and integrated security features help protect against external threats. 

How is PII handled in lower environments? 

When restoring production data to staging or development, PII is automatically obfuscated to help prevent exposure during non‑production use.
