To use Azure AD Multi-Factor Authentication in Sitefinity Cloud you need the Microsoft Authenticator app. Select the notifications option during the initial registration. Once you have registered you can opt for either notifications or text code for MFA. The “Text message to phone” and “Call to phone” options are not supported.
