Yes - Thanks to Sitefinity Cloud's architecture, you have full access to your Sitefinity project source code and database backups in case you'd like to move Sitefinity to on-premises. Moving Sitefinity to on-premises would require a new perpetual Sitefinity license as well as guidance from the Sitefinity Cloud team.
