MFA is enabled for all users in Sitefinity Cloud. Every new user invited will be prompted to register for MFA and has a 14-day grace period to do so. MFA registration requires the Microsoft Authenticator app using notifications. Once you have registered, you're free to choose between notifications or a text code to sign in with MFA.
