All license upgrades include one year of maintenance and support. Therefore, when you upgrade your license, you will get one year of maintenance from the day of the upgrade. For example, if you purchase a Sitefinity license in May 2023 and upgrade to the Sitefinity + Enterprise package in September 2023, the license maintenance will be extended until September 2024.
