Can I restrict certain content such as drafts, internal docs or sensitive items?

Only publicly available CMS content is indexed in Progress Agentic RAG. Drafts, unpublished items, deleted material and content protected by login are not included. Those public items form the pool used by DGE when it retrieves the most relevant content. In a broader context, organizations may choose to add content that is not available on their website and is stored in DAM systems, or other public resources (Knowledge bases, Support systems, etc).
