Enhanced security when inviting users in Sitefinity Insight

To enhance the security of the user invite process in Sitefinity Insight, we have restricted the feature of inviting users to account administrators only. Datacenter administrators are no longer able to invite or manage users.
This change applies to all existing and new datacenters.
