Today we have released a significant update to audience analytics in Sitefinity Insight – the automatic discovery of segments in your audience.
Sitefinity Insight automatically generates segments based on your visitors’ activity. We track the content your visitors read, discover overlapping interests, intent and behavior patterns, and synthesize segments based on these interests. The automatic segments provide additional insights into your audience and its interests and may reveal unexpected connections which manually created segments may miss, thus helping you better understand, model, and target your audience. Our AI algorithms automatically discover the number of segments in your audience to ensure that the topics in which visitors of a single segment are interested overlap but are not the same as topics in other segments.
The segment discovery feature is available only for customers with a paid annual subscription. You can find the feature under Audience » Segment discovery.
