For customers with default Insight accounts provided with Sitefinity add-ons and packages (i.e. 100k visitor quota), all reports (i.e. statistics, contact journey, etc.) are restricted to the maximum of the past 12 months from the current date. This applies to pre-computed reports as well as custom date selections.
All data is still retained in the system and is available for analysis and reporting upon an upgrade to a subscription.
This modification does not affect subscription customers (300k and above quotas).
