Sitefinity Insight now supports lead scoring analysis using rules based on content classifications - tags, categories, or custom classifications specified in Sitefinity CMS.
This new feature allows users to build a better maintainable scoring model without using specific page URLs.
You can now simply go and add a lead scoring rule with a new behavioral criteria - View content with tag or category. Sitefinity Insight will take into account visitor views of either static or dynamic content types. In order to use classifications for pages in lead scoring, Sitefinity CMS 13.2 or later is required.
