Improved Customer Journey View in Contacts

We’ve enhanced the Contacts feature to give you a smoother, more efficient way to explore and analyze customer journeys without all the extra scrolling.
What’s New
- Smarter Ordering: Customer journeys now display the most recent interactions right at the top by default, making it quicker and easier to catch up on the latest updates. And if you prefer to work in a more chronological way, you still have the flexibility to switch the order back to oldest first whenever you need it.
- Flexible Filtering: We’ve also introduced powerful new filters that let you narrow the journey by interaction type or by a specific time period. This means you can focus on exactly the data that matters most to you, instead of sifting through years of history.
