Changes in tracking cookie attributes for secure connections

Insight tracking related cookies would now be issued with SecureSite=None and Secure attributes for all site connections using HTTPS.
This allows for keeping visitors journey intact even when external authentication providers are used in production sites.
Changes are included in all supported versions of the Insight JavaScript SDK.
No changes are required for Sitefinity instances below version 15.0.
