Sitefinity AI Assistant

Sitefinity AI Assistant (“SAIA”) is now generally available for Sitefinity Cloud customers on versions 15.2 and higher with an ASP.NET Core front end. This AI-powered RAG assistant integrates natively with the Sitefinity Cloud platform, offering a drop-in widget that enables conversational access to published pages, structured content and documents (including PDFs and Word files) in Sitefinity. Built on Azure with OpenAI GPT-4o-mini LLM and deployed regionally in Azure environments (today available in US and EU), it includes support for multiple assistants per account, a backend admin panel for managing assistants and full conversation logging for auditability and analytics. No content reauthoring or external integration is required.

Designed to improve content discoverability, reduce support volume and enhance user experience, the assistant supports common use cases across different industries including financial services, manufacturing, education, and healthcare. It’s ideal for teams managing content-heavy websites and looking to modernize digital experience without high overhead.
