What's improved

• Fixed issue with PII obfuscation in DB.AcquireBackup and DB.RestoreBetweenEnvironments pipelines where environments not marked for PII obfuscation could be obfuscated.
• Disabled CDN auto minify for HTML files, because it may lead to unexpected issues due to HTML comments being removed.
• Improved application initialization top requested pages query to filter out resources that might not be actual pages (https://www.progress.com/documentation/sitefinity-cms/cloud/application-warmup).
• Improved partial deployment package, part of the new CI/CD pipeline, to include files located under "~/App_Data/Sitefinity/WebsiteTemplates".
• Improved data protection for media blob storage.
