Upgraded Sitefinity CLI used in Automated Upgrades to v1.1.0.32
Fixed bug where Automated Upgrade for .NET Core renderer would be executed even if the upgrade for the Sitefinity application fails, which causes subsequent upgrade attempts to be skipped
