The American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP) was in need of a digital transformation to represent its vibrant community of over 26,000 members. The dated website was cluttered and confusing, obscuring the true value of membership. Astriata stepped in to revamp ACOFP’s digital presence by implementing the Sitefinity CMS to create a digital presence focused on intuitive design and user-centric navigation. Astriata’s signature approach involves tapping into human insights to drive design, resulting in a technological solution that delivers both form and function. Through user research, Astriata discovered that users were overwhelmed by content and unsure of how to navigate the site and ultimately, maximize the benefits of membership. The new website features vibrant, bold branding, a dual-scroll structure, and optimized search for an overall, enhanced user experience. ACOFP’s revamped site showcases the full value of membership, enticing both current and prospective members to explore the ACOFP community and all it has to offer. A reimagined, role-based navigation system guides users (students, educators, resident or practicing physicians) through a personalized journey. The addition of color-coded menus improved search functionality and ensured seamless access across all devices. ACOFP’s new website is powered by Sitefinity (CMS), which was chosen for its robust features and flexibility. Sitefinity’s out-of-the-box features combined with Astriata’s customizations make it a CMS to meet all of ACOFP’s needs including enhanced search functionality, user management, and secure, encrypted forms. Integrated with Nimble AMS, BlueSky (PATH), and social media platforms, the new ACOFP site ensures a seamless and secure experience for all users. |
