The project aimed to establish a fully integrated digital financing ecosystem that delivers a seamless and automated customer journey across all financing stages, starting from eligibility verification and financing application submission, through credit processing and approval, and ending with financing disbursement and post-financing services through unified digital channels. The solution included a mobile application for iOS that manages the complete financing lifecycle, supported by a corporate website built on Progress Sitefinity, which acted as an intelligent digital gateway for onboarding and pre-qualifying customers before entering the financing workflow.

This approach helped improve application quality, optimize operational efficiency, and reduce unnecessary integration and processing overhead by filtering non-eligible applicants early in the journey. The platform was integrated with a broad national digital ecosystem comprising more than 10 governmental and service entities, including Nafath, Yaqeen, SIMAH, GOSI, Saudi Post, as well as compliance and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) systems. The implementation also integrated Temenos Infinity and Temenos Transact to support financing operations, automate credit decisioning, and accelerate processing cycles.

In addition, the project enabled a fully digital Murabaha financing journey, including commodity purchasing through brokers, electronic contract signing, digital promissory note issuance via Nafith, and financing disbursement, while ensuring full compliance with Islamic Sharia principles and the regulatory requirements of the Saudi Central Bank. The project was implemented through a strategic partnership between Ejada Systems and Progress Sitefinity, combining digital experience capabilities with enterprise integration and financial technology implementation expertise.
