A dated, boxy web design was preventing Conway Regional users from booking an appointment with a physician through their website. By replacing their old CMS with Sitefinity and adding an InQuicker API integration allowing patients to search for their provider, Conway Regional registered a 12% increase in site users, while a significant decrease in pages per session indicated visitors were finding what they were looking for faster.
