The Sitefinity AI Assistant is a native integration for Sitefinity Cloud that introduces a modern, conversational interface to your website. It uses Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Azure OpenAI models to surface accurate, brand-controlled responses based on your existing content — no manual curation, reauthoring or external chatbot needed. The assistant is easily embedded through a drag-and-drop widget and managed directly in the Sitefinity CMS backend, making it simple to launch, customize and scale across your site.
