We have expanded Persona and Lead Scoring rules to allow directly using conversions.
You can find the new Conversion option in the Behavior drop down menu of the Define a conversion dialog.
When a visitor completes a conversion, it will trigger a rule to change the visitor score as specified.
If a conversion is used in a rule and the definition of the conversion changes, the scoring will be automatically recalculated accordingly.
We expect that using conversions in rules will improve clarity of defined rules as well as rules’ maintenance, especially when a conversion is updated.
