Negative Lead Scoring

With this new customer-requested enhancement, you can now use negative lead scoring to better model your lead funnels. Negative values are now allowed as score contributions in any lead score rules, similar to those for personas.
This feature is useful when a visitor's behavior effectively diminishes relevance to or disqualifies them from a specific lead target. There are many ways to apply negative scores. For example, you may incrementally reduce the lead score based on specific interactions that do not quite match an expected lead model. Or, you may even apply a large "knock off" negative score to bounce a visitor from a given funnel altogether.
Note that as a result of applying negative scores, your leads may "travel back" in your lead funnel and cross the stage thresholds in reverse.
