Sitefinity Insight now provides multi-touch attribution analytics for defined touchpoints. Extending the previously released attribution models for pages and content, touchpoint attribution enables customers to analyze how arbitrary touchpoints affect conversions. Those touchpoints could be page visits with specific utm parameters, custom interactions that involve more than a single page, file downloads, whole sections of your website, as well as external and off-site interactions.
All four models - linear, first-touch, last-touch and AI-driven attribution – are available for defined touchpoints, with AI-driven model a premium feature for subscription customers.
The new attribution reports can be accessed via the Attribution link in the main navigation menu under the tab “By touchpoint”.
