Journey analysis: previous/next interactions section in personalization reports

We have added a new section in the personalization report details - Top previous and next interactions. This section presents top (most common) interactions that precede or follow visits to personalized pages, by segment. The default configuration of this section is top 3 interactions, a premium subscription extends the view to the top 20.
You can use this information to better understand your visitors' journeys by analyzing where visitors come from to your personalized pages, by segment, and where they go from there. Previous interactions include not only web site interactions/page visits, but also representation of visits from email campaigns, ads, search engines, and other external points.
