One of the ways to import user interactions into Sitefinity Insight is via a CSV file. We have extended the user interaction import file format, allowing you to import both contact metadata and interactions in the same file. This allows a one-step import of all related contact data. Additionally, an exact timestamp can be specified for each interaction for a precise fit into the contact journey map for visualization and analysis.
