Common Touchpoints for Personas

Based on customer requests, we have extended our Persona reporting to present most active touchpoints for a given persona. That report has a similar format to the view of common conversions for a persona, and is calculated for each defined persona. With common touchpoints, you will have an even better view into distinct common journeys for your defined personas and be able to identify impactful and frequently visited touchpoints.
