New Feature: Key Touchpoints Reporting
Users can now define the most important interactions that they would like to track, and get daily statistics and periodical comparisons for the number of hits they receive. Examples include digital assets, important pages, form submissions, emails, phone calls, etc.
- Campaign Contacts Export - The user can now export all known contacts that are matching the campaign criteria for any predictive campaign, at any given point of time
- Sorting - The known contacts list can now be sorted by the major attributes of the contacts (time of first interaction, persona scoring, lead scoring, email)
