Smart Agent
What It Is
A new retrieval mode for questions that cannot be answered in a single lookup. The Smart Agent plans the query, breaks it into sub-questions, selects among your registered sources based on what each one covers, evaluates whether the results are sufficient and continues until it has enough to answer. It works across your Knowledge Box, MCP-connected business applications and web sources.

Microsoft Teams Integration
What It Is
A native Microsoft Teams application, available through the Microsoft store, that brings your Progress Agentic RAG deployment into Teams chats and channels. Users ask questions in the conversation they are already having and receive source-cited answers drawn from your connected content.

WordPress Plugin
What It Is
A native Progress Agentic RAG plugin installed directly in WordPress, giving you finer control over what content is ingested and how it stays current. It runs alongside the existing sitemap connector, rather than replacing it.
