Progress Agentic RAG trial enables users to explore the platform and its powerful features, free for 14 days. After the trial ends, users must select a paid plan to continue using the platform. Otherwise, the trial account will be disabled after 90 days.

Payments are required at the end of the free trial to continue to use the service. Subscription fees are non-cancelable and non-refundable, except where explicitly stated. Progress Agentic RAG may charge any payment method associated with your account if the primary method fails. Overdue fees may result in a downgrade to a free service plan, affecting access to paid features.

Users can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade their subscription at any time via the Agentic RAG dashboard or by contacting us directly. Upgrades take effect immediately upon payment, while downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation requires payment until the end of the billing period, except for free plans.

Progress Agentic RAG operates on a license and consumption-based model, using Agentic RAG tokens to measure computational resource usage. Token consumption is proportional to the amount of data processed, with a cost of $0.008 per token.

Customers may purchase bulk token packages in advance. Customers may also set limits on the amount of money they would like to spend each month in Progress Agentic RAG with a per token cost set at $.008. If customers go over their allotted budget, the customer will be billed each quarter in arrears.

Progress Agentic RAG prioritizes data security and privacy, adhering to industry standards and certifications. The Privacy Policy outlines how personal data is collected, used, and shared.
