We’re delighted to share the news that our partner, MIP Holdings, has won the 2013 ACORD Life and Annuity Early Adopter Gold Award, XML Transactions for their mobile application for party inquiry messages. MIP is the only company in sub-Saharan Africa to ever have achieved this award.
ACORD is a global, non-profit organization working to facilitate the development of data standards and forms within the insurance industry. The annual awards recognize companies that have demonstrated outstanding achievement in standards development and implementation, specifically those who have implemented one or more ACORD standard XML messages.
MIP Holdings designs and develops software solutions for the financial services administration industry. The company’s solutions manage collections and payments in the areas of healthcare, employee benefits and more. Behind the scenes of MIP's financial applications, Progress OpenEdge, Progress Corticon and Progress DataDirect provide the performance, scalability and robustness to process large amounts of data quickly.
It’s encouraging to see our partners leading the way in developing award-winning applications that help businesses meet and improve global standards. Hearty congratulations to the team at MIP on the award!
