Our Progress Community Product Hubs give you quick access to knowledgebase articles, specialized groups, events and more.
At Progress, many of our products are represented in our growing online Community. This is a place to search for answers, ask questions of your peers, find knowledgebase articles, play games, learn how to register for enablement webinars and more!
That being said, the Community content is wide and deep, and our users let us know it wasn’t always easy to find what they needed. Well, we’ve heard your feedback and recently launched our Community Product Hubs to help give you all the information you need in a centralized location.
The Community Product Hubs give you quick access to:
Many of our users have bookmarked their general forum areas (and we’re happy you’re enjoying them!) but the Product Hubs may help you find additional content you didn’t know you needed until it was right at your fingertips. Our most popular Hubs are for OpenEdge, WhatsUp Gold, MOVEit and Sitefinity, but that’s not all. Visit all of our available Product Hubs.
Did you know that you can also submit feature requests within the Community? Accessible in the main navigation as well as via your Product Hub, you’ll see our ideas portals, areas which allow you to have the ear of our product management team, helping them understand what you need to be the most successful. Many customer and partner ideas can be found here. By voting on existing submissions, you help prioritize them in the consideration phase as well. We highly recommend perusing this space. Additionally, if one of your ideas inspires a feature, you earn 250 points towards Community Rewards.
There are lots of ways to earn points in the Community and some cool things to redeem them for. As you increase in level, your options for what to receive increases, from acknowledgements on social media, to SWAG, to learning opportunities in our Progress Education Center, and there are more rewards available the more levels you unlock.
