Best Employer Awards

For the third consecutive year, Boston Business Journal recognized us as one of their Best Places to Work. This listing recognizes Massachusetts companies that have strived to create an appealing workplace, and recipients are selected based on survey responses from current employees.

We were also named a 2023 Middle Market Leader by the Boston Business Journal, a list that ranks the 50 highest growth companies in Massachusetts. Progress was also ranked #12 in the Boston Business Journal’s Largest Software Developers in Massachusetts list.

Additionally, we were recognized by Built In’s Best Places to Work awards in multiple categories, including Boston Best Large Places to Work, Boston Best Places to Work and U.S. Best Large Places to Work. Built In’s awards program honors companies that offer the best total rewards programs and compensation packages among their peers.

Corporate Social Responsibility Awards

In the first half of the year, we’ve also been recognized for our commitment to inclusion, diversity and community service. Progress for Tomorrow, our CSR program, received silver in the Achievement in Corporate Social Responsibility category at the American Business “Stevie” Awards. In addition, Progress for Tomorrow was recognized in the Most Effective CSR Strategy category at the 2023 HR Distinction Awards.

For the seventh time, we were recognized as a trusted and longstanding corporate partner by SOS Children’s Villages in Bulgaria, the world’s largest non-governmental organization focused on supporting children without parental care and families at risk. Telerik School Academy also named Progress a valuable corporate partner in the 2022/2023 school year.

We aim to put our people at the center of everything we do. The three pillars of Progress for Tomorrow are our people, our global communities and our planet, and these pillars guide everything we do. These awards reflect the work we do to make sure we’re giving back to our employees and the communities we serve.
