Our 2025 CSR Report reflects a year of action, learning and collective impact. From empowering our people and strengthening global communities to advancing sustainability, we’re continuing to move Progress forward, guided by our values of courage, teamwork and accountability.
Every year, when we share our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Report, we’re reminded that progress isn’t measured only in milestones or metrics. It’s reflected in the everyday choices our people make, be it in learning something new, giving back to the communities we care for or the planet we call home.
Our 2025 CSR Report tells that story — a story woven from several small actions that, together, define who we are and what we stand for. This year, as in years past, our impact came to life across the three pillars of our Progress for Tomorrow program: Our People, Our Global Community and Our Planet. Meanwhile, our business serves as the foundation of our CSR efforts, transforming purpose into action and integrating responsibility into our operations.
Growth always begins with people. In 2025, we continued to expand our learning and talent development programs, broadening opportunities to support our teams in a fast‑evolving organization. Expanded leadership courses and professional learning and mentoring opportunities gave Progressers not just new skills, but also new perspectives. We also delivered more than 40 well-being initiatives, reinforcing our commitment to supporting employees’ physical, mental and financial health.
One of the biggest shifts came through AI enablement. More than 90% of our employees embraced AI-powered tools, unlocking new ways to create, collaborate and think bigger. In addition, our Employee Resource Groups continued to bring colleagues together through listening sessions, storytelling events, celebrations and moments of connection that reinforced the importance of an inclusive workplace.
If 2025 taught us anything, it’s that we’re proud of the impact we can make both locally and globally through our collective action. In 2025, Progress and its employees supported more than 290 charities worldwide and contributed 674 volunteer hours to causes in our local communities. Our STEM Scholarship Series reached record participation, with a remarkable twofold increase in applications from India. Internally, our quarterly donation matching campaigns saw more employees contributing than ever before.
Through these efforts, we continued to channel support to causes close to our hearts, particularly focusing on STEM and AI education, children’s well-being and sustainable communities. Each of these is deeply connected to Progress’ values and is inspired by Progressers’ passions.
We continued to advance our environmental efforts this year, focusing on practical actions that reduce our footprint and inspire sustainable progress. The Progress Earth Team cultivated grassroots environmental action across our sites, ranging from composting workshops to clothing drives. Our team in Costa Rica partnered with the building management to unveil a new exterior solar-powered logo sign — the first of its kind across any of our offices. The sign represents a promise to keep leading with intention, one sustainable innovation at a time.
To build on these efforts, we also began working with an environmental advisory service to chart the next phase of our sustainability roadmap, strengthening the foundation for a greener, more resilient future.
Our CSR Report is more than a summary of outcomes. It's a reflection of who we are and where we’re going. As we move into our next chapter, we’re guided by a renewed focus on the three values that define how we work together and move forward — Courage, Teamwork and Accountability. These values are the foundation of how we will continue to grow, lead and make a difference in the years ahead.
