Today, Friday June 30, DataDirect Connect XE for ODBC, Salesforce CRM and Force.com drivers were made generally available. While customers have been using our JDBC access to Salesforce data, we have had multiple requests to emulate this great functionality with ODBC...and we have answered those requests with today's release! Finally, efficient queries can be written, single queries that bring back the specific data requested - instead of multiple queries that return extraneous data, that then must be filtered.
