Emissions and Energy Use
In 2025, we continued our efforts of improving our data completeness, while being conscious of our direct impact and mindful about reducing our existing emissions and energy usage. For more information, see our CSR Report.
Office Impact
Because we lease our office spaces, building-level energy sourcing is managed by our landlords. Where possible, we engage with them to encourage and support the transition to greener energy options across our facilities. Mindful office upgrades such as electric vehicle charging stations, increasing the number of hybrid and electric vehicles in our company fleet, and installing solar-powered signage continue our commitment to reducing our footprint.
Employee-Led Efforts
We continue to empower employees to make sustainable choices and make an impact in their communities through environmental volunteering. In 2025, employees across the globe participated in local cleanups, pollinator garden and reforestation initiatives, and supported local beehives across several locations.
Our Approach
Environmental sustainability at Progress is led by the Workplace Operations team, partnering with groups across the business. We focus on reducing our environmental footprint, integrating sustainable practices into day‑to‑day operations, and supporting employee engagement in environmental initiatives in alignment with our Progress for Tomorrow program.
