The Progress community operates with compassion, supporting essential causes such as emergency relief and social justice.
Progressers are passionate and engaged people. It’s only natural that we enthusiastically turn our can-do attitude toward serving our communities. Progress encourages that by providing opportunities to serve and celebrating those efforts.Loren Jarrett GM Developer Tools Business
Progress launched the U.S. Charitable Giving Program so we can donate to charities our people care about. Many Progressers have nominated great organizations to support, including Jocelyn Parfaite, a member of our Facilities team based in Georgia. Jocelyn nominated the Community Foundation, which educates inner city youth and families with personal finance education and where she volunteers part-time.
Progress donated a total of $13,000 USD to Guide Dogs, an organization committed to helping all those visionally impaired receive the confidence and support they need to live their lives to the fullest.

“One of the highlights of working at Progress has been the opportunity to participate in community service projects around the world. Most memorable for me was seeing firsthand the renovations of a rural school in Morocco made possible through Progress’ funding. I will always remember meeting with the students that day and learning what these renovations mean to them.”
“I am #ProgressProud because Progress is playing its role in fighting the COVID-19 pandemic by donating contributions to various organizations across the world, such as PM CARES and CM Relief Fund, Telangana in India."
“I am proud to work for a company that gives so much back to the community in all regions. For example, the COVID response, holiday gift buying for those in need, and work with Habitat for Humanity.”
