In this six-step program, our experts help your team identify their strengths and areas for improvement.

2. Once goals are established, individual team members will be assessed on their knowledge and experience with OpenEdge.
3. Next, we assess the individual team members’ strengths and areas for improvement.
4. We then group the individuals into a matrix to participate in various training sessions.
5. In our fifth step, we share our results with the group and schedule the training sessions.
6. And in our final step, we offer optional on-the-job mentoring for additional assistance.
