The end-user reviews are in, and Telerik and Kendo UI have both won multiple 2021 TrustRadius awards for software components.
Progress offers the most powerful collection of developer tools in the industry. But don’t take our word for it, take the word of users who helped Telerik and Kendo UI achieve industry recognition through the 2021 TrustRadius awards for software components. Telerik and Kendo UI took home awards in the best feature set, customer support and usability categories, based entirely on customer reviews submitted over the last 12 months.
Kendo UI won first place for best software components usability, earning high marks for its scalability.
“(Kendo UI is) highly scalable and easy to use, has superior quality updates when compared to other competing products. Documentation is easy to find and browse, has a large user community that contributes with examples and answers to questions,” said a senior analyst for business data and systems.
Kendo UI also won first place and Telerik UI took second in the best feature set category. According to TrustRadius, “Kendo’s rapidly growing feature set has allowed it to become exceptionally robust, allowing complete control over project elements.”
Telerik received praise for its stability and operability.
“We’ve been using the Telerik product for eight-plus years mostly for web application development. Telerik UI has helped us speed up our development and release cycles. The stability of the components has helped us provide a stable and consistent user experience to users,” said one senior manager of computer software.
Telerik UI won first place and was followed by Kendo UI in second in the customer support category. Telerik stood out to several customers because of its degree of detail.
“The Progress support quality is the best of any organization I’ve dealt with,” said one senior software engineer in information technology and services.
“What makes these awards so special and important to us is that they come from our customers—the developers who work with our products on a daily basis,” said Loren Jarrett, general manager of developer tools at Progress. “We couldn’t be happier to hear how valuable our tools are to our customers and how essential our partnership has been to their success.”
