Yesterday was another great day at Progress Exchange 2013, with many more networking opportunities, breakout sessions, and of course, the finale at PARTY@Exchange
Attendees were treated to a fantastic keynote by Luke G. Williams, who is a renowned authority on Innovation Leadership and the internationally bestselling author of “DISRUPT: Think the Unthinkable to Spark Transformation in Your Business”. His presentation was not only informative, but engaging, with video examples and attendee participation. We certainly left feeling inspired and hope that you did too!
We were able to take additional time to chat with more Progress executives and partners in the afternoon, so be sure to check out the YouTube playlist below for the new videos from Progress Exchange 2013.
Taking some time away from the other event activities, attendees were encouraged to take part in the UNCONFERENCE—a refreshing change from the traditional conference structure. Participants were able to meet with Progress developers, product managers and peers for an informal, but meaningful discussion on key topics.
The final event of the day before the big party was the Awards@Exchange, where we honored the winners of our App Dev Contest, Click Photo game, and event survey.
Congratulations to all of our lucky App Dev contest winners below, and thanks again to everyone who participated!
On top of all of the activity onsite, we also wanted share all the great things that people have been saying both in the press and via social media! Thanks again to all of the journalists and analysts who made the trip out to Progress Exchange 2013 and we hope to work with you again soon. Check out some of the press highlights below.
In addition to coverage, we are proud to announce our Global SME study in conjunction with IDG Research Services, as well as the launch of our new community forum.
Lastly, today we welcomed former DataFlux CEO and SAS Executive Tony Fisher to lead Progress’s data integration business.
Last but not least, energized from the great sessions and activities today, attendees piled on buses and danced the night away the Royale Nightclub, complete with live music courtesy of band Alter Ego.
Help us keep the spark alive tomorrow by sharing your thoughts and be sure to use the #PRGS13 hashtag!
