Georgi Balinov

Georgi has more than 20 years of experience designing digital products, design systems, and user experiences across SaaS, AI, enterprise software, and consumer platforms. He specializes in transforming complex ideas into scalable, user-centered solutions, helping organizations move from ambiguity to validated product direction. Throughout his career, Georgi has led product design initiatives, built and scaled design teams, and delivered hundreds of projects ranging from early-stage concepts to mature enterprise products. Today, his work focuses on AI-native product development, agent experiences, design engineering, and the integration of AI into modern design and product workflows. He is also an educator, mentor, and community builder, having trained hundreds of designers and co-founded Bulgaria's largest Figma-focused design community.
