When you need to create a rule dealing with multiple entity instances or associations, you will work with collections. Collections are groups of items that you define with aliases for Corticon to operate as a set. You can use Corticon's collection operators in filters, conditions, and actions. Collections let you evaluate the set of elements in entities and associations so requests sent to a rule can transfer elements between collections.

You should understand the concepts of rulesheet scope and use of aliases to fully benefit from this video.
