Campaign reports
After you have created a campaign and its first issue, you can view statistics related to its success. The module tracts and measures the following metrics:
- Delivered
The percentage of emails that were actually delivered out of the total number of emails sent.
If you your mailing list is not updated and contains incorrect or non-existent emails, the delivered percentage drops. - Opened
The percentage of emails that were actually opened by your subscribers.
You can increase this percentage, if you make your subject or sender email more relevant to your subscribers. - Clicked
The percentage of your subscribers that opened your email campaign and actually clicked a link inside the issue.
To improve this metric, you must make the content of your campaign issue more relevant to your subscribers. - Unsubscribed
The percentage of your subscribers that unsubscribed from your email campaign after a certain issue was delivered. - Opened in the first 48 hrs
The percentage of emails that were opened during the first 48 hours after you have sent the campaign.
To improve this metric you can change the timing of your campaign. - Clicks by hour
The cumulative number of clicks made during each hour.
For example, if today a user click one link at 3:30 PM and tomorrow, another user clicked a link at 3:45 PM, the clicks for 3 PM will be two. The time intervals are displayed according to local time.
You can view an overview report of each campaign, by clicking the campaign on Campaignspage. From the overview report you can navigate to the details report for each issue of the campaign. From the issue report you can navigate to the report for the subscribers of this issue.
NOTE: If you delete a subscriber from a mailing list, the system no longer collects data for the activity of this subscriber.
