Vivian Vitale operates a consulting practice that assists organizations in developing their people management practices, providing guidance and support in organizational transitions and coaching leaders for success.

Prior to consulting, Ms. Vitale was EVP, Human Resources at Veracode, where she scaled the business from 100 to 600 employees globally, supporting a high growth SaaS business of approximately $150 million at the time of Veracode’s sale to CA Technologies in 2017. She played a key role in the acquisition, which marked the biggest M&A transaction in the application security space at the time. She also held leadership positions at Care.com, Unica Corporation and RSA Security. At Unica she was part of the due diligence team that led the sale of Unica to IBM in 2010. At RSA, she scaled the business from 100 employees to 1,700, both organically and through nine acquisitions, before its acquisition by EMC in 2006.

Ms. Vitale serves as a Director of investment firm Vera3, and she is on the Advisory Board of Surprise HR, an early stage company that provides employee recognition solutions. She is also a member of the NetScout Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: NTCT) Board of Directors.
