Nicholas (Nick) Ellis serves as Executive Vice President of Business Operations & Emerging Markets at Progress. In this role, he leads the teams and strategic alignment of core operational functions with go-to-market advancements to accelerate the Company's global expansion.

As a seasoned global business leader, he has a proven track record in transforming business strategies to meet the dynamic needs of the international marketplace leveraging technology and data to create greater value for customers. With over two decades in leadership roles within the software industry, he has cultivated a deep understanding of operational capacity, technology integration, and product lifecycle management.

Prior to Progress, Nick was Chief Information Officer & Head of Revenue Operations for InVision, a leading workspace collaboration platform, and previously served for over 19 years in executive leadership roles at CA Technologies overseeing Global Sales & Marketing Operations, Professional Services, and Partner Strategy and Solution Development.

Nick received his Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic Control Systems from The University of Sheffield in the United Kingdom.
