Paul T. Dacier is currently Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at IonQ (NYSE: IONQ), a leader in quantum computing and networking. Prior to joining IonQ, Mr. Dacier was a Partner at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP, a leading law firm devoted to business litigation and arbitration, where he was part of the firm’s Corporate Governance Litigation and Crisis Law and Strategy practice group. Mr. Dacier’s background also includes his role as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Indigo Agriculture, Inc., a Boston-based agricultural technology company. Previously, he was the long-time General Counsel of EMC Corp. (NYSE: EMC), responsible for EMC's worldwide legal affairs and also oversaw the company’s internal audit, real estate and facilities organizations, sustainability, aviation and government affairs departments. Mr. Dacier currently also serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board for AerCap Holdings NV (NYSE: AER), the world's largest commercial aircraft leasing company.
