That’s where business process management (BPM) comes in. BPM is core to achieving operational efficiency but it doesn’t just stop at defining and deploying processes, it means continuously improving how those processes are operating. It’s about having the ability to continuously adjust to changes in your business operating environment and community, and to proactively act on changes in government regulations, performance requirements, and technology.
