This talk covers the end-to-end architecture used to build the MarkLogic Pharma Research Hub. This Data Hub project includes many important MarkLogic features, and integrates them together, including the DHF, DHS, RDF and SPARQL, Search, Structured Queries, enrichment, 3-tier architecture, the Grove GUI toolkit, entity enrichment, unit testing, ml-gradle deployments, and other bread-and-butter technical topics — at an architectural level with just enough code to illustrate the approaches.
