Mark forum threads as spam

To mark a thread as spam, you must perform the following:

Get an instance of the manager.
Get instance of the ForumsManager object.
Modify the thread.
Change the value of the IsMarkedSpam property of the thread. For more information, see For developers: Modify forum threads.
