Edit the properties of a site

To edit the properties of a site, perform the following:
  1. Click the site selector in the upper-left corner of the page.
  2. Click Manage sites link.
  3. Click the site that you want to edit.
    If you have a single site, skip this step.
  4. Perform procedure Create sites » Step 3 to Step 12.
  5. Click Save changes.

Site settings for the singe-site license after upgrade from previous version

If your project uses a single site license and you upgrade it to Sitefinity CMS 13.1 from a previous version, you no longer need to use Advanced settings to configure the following settings:

  • In the Settings » Advanced » System » Site URL Settings screen:
    • The Host
    • Non-default HTTP port
    • Non-default HTTPS port

IMPORTANT: If you have set up both Non-default HTTPS port and Non-default HTTP port, only the Non-default HTTPS port setting is used after the upgrade.

  • In the Settings » Advanced » Project » DefaultSite  screen:
    • FrontEndLoginPageId
    • FrontEndLoginPageUrl

IMPORTANT: If you have set up both options, only the FrontEndLoginPageId is used after the upgrade.

Configure the modules of a site

To configure the modules of a site, perform the following:

  1. Click the site selector in the upper-left corner of the page.
  2. Click Manage sites link.
    If you have a single site, skip this step.
  3. Click the Configure Modules link.
  4. Perform procedure Create sites » Step 13 and Step 14.
  5. Click Save changes.
