To create a project for the Bug Tracker application, follow the instructions in the article Install Sitefinity in MVC mode.
NOTE: It is recommended to develop your module in a clean Sitefinity CMS application. After finalizing the module you can reuse the .dll in other Sitefinity CMS applications.
