We are looking for a Regional Sales Director for Progress INFRA, responsible for leading all sales activities across UKI and South Africa. This role owns the full book of business — renewals, new, and expansion — across the entire INFRA portfolio, which includes Chef, WhatsUp Gold, LoadMaster, and Flowmon.
You will lead a blended team of enterprise field sellers and inside/hybrid commercial representatives, driving performance across all customer segments. The ideal candidate is a data-driven sales leader who combines strong operational discipline with strategic thinking, passionate about developing talent and achieving measurable ARR growth.
